Happy Monday, everybody! We are sooooooo excited about today's episode. We got to discuss the amaaaazing book, Are My Kids on Track, with two of the authors, David Thomas and Sissy Goff. We were giddy... and excited... and nervous... and all the things... leading up to taping this episode and it was even better than we could have imagined! David and Sissy are counselors at Daystar Counseling Ministries here in Nashville, a counseling center for children, teens, and families. You can read more about them on their website, Raising Boys and Girls, as well as check out their blog. They have written a bunch of books, and Are My Kids on Track is their most recent. Y'all, it's another one that we are saying RUUUUUUN to go get. It is rich in valuable information, well organized, pointed and specific, with fantastic ideas for application. Go. Get. It. Now!!! Also - keep tuning in, as we will let you know when their podcast about this book is released!
PS. David mentions THIS book when he talks about those three helpful words: "tell me more". Next on our lists to read for SURE!
