Ep. 97 - Healthy Relationships with Food with Special Guest Andrea of Nashville Made

Hey mamas! Happy Monday and welcome back for another new episode! Today, we are excited to introduce you to Andrea from “Nashville Made.” You can find her on her Saving Every Day blog and her Nashville Made instagram. And you’ll remember her sweet daughter, Brittany from episode 44 and episode 75! It was on episode 75 that Jennifer realized who Brittany’s mom was and geeked out! She has been following her Nashville food adventures on Instagram for a while now!

Andrea has a sweet story and we loved hearing it and getting to chat about it. We talked about an article about 4,400 steps being enough in a day and ”sitting disease”. She also told us about Butcher Box Meat Delivery Subscription and we mentioned the book, Make the Bread, Buy the Butter by Jennifer Reese.

We loved, loved getting to hear Andrea’s favorite places to eat around town. If you’re ever visiting Nashville, save these to your list!
